The end draws near, and there’s only one question left—are the Dissidents going to save their chosen people or perish alongside them?
Title: Vampire Valentine
Author: Amy Maurer Jones
Genre: YA (Vampire Comedy)
Synopsis. How is it that vampires, werewolves and witches always manage to become glamorized in Hollywood? They are forever portrayed as the overwhelmingly gorgeous, record-breaking athletic types with off-the-chart SAT scores! This is such a load of crap. Let’s be honest with ourselves for a minute. It’s never easy being different, even under normal circumstances. Now factor in the reality that your DNA is something far from human and imagine yourself wandering the halls of an ordinary mortal high school. You still think this would be cool, right? Well, you would be dead wrong (no pun intended). Take it from someone who can claim this miserable fate, it totally sucks!
The name’s Rhapsody Ripper and I am a freshman at Mundane High. Everyone in my school hates me and my two best friends, Hardy Hunter and Samantha Spell. Why? The answer is very simple. We’re freaks of nature, complete outcasts. We’re para-ab-normal misfits and we don’t fit in. Our peers go out of their way to avoid us on a regular basis, but today something happened that has never ever happened before.
One of them was nice to me. Actually, he was much more than nice. With only five days remaining until Valentine’s Day, Reese Good, the deliciously warm-blooded star quarterback, invited me to the Sweetheart Dance. Maybe this year I won’t have to spend the holiday invented by a greeting card company alone.
Amy Maurer Jones is a 1993 graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance Education. She has eighteen years of experience in education and currently teaches Dance and Theater Arts to high school students in southeastern North Carolina.
Amy has been happily married to her own version of Edward Cullen for fourteen years. She and her soul mate, Kelly live in Tabor City, North Carolina with their two beautiful children, Olivia and Keaton.

From the authors of Project ELE comes Surviving ELE. The fourth book in an all-new apocalyptic series with a paranormal twist: The ELE Series.

BFI's since the 6th grade, with a knack for getting into sticky situations, has resulted in countless ideas to write about for years to come.
Rebecca and Courtney co-authored their first book, a young adult paranormal romance: Night Marchers in October 2011. They released their second book in The Night Marchers Series: Redemption, in February 2012. Since then they have gone on to write a new young adult apocalyptic series called The ELE Series. Currently there are three books published in The ELE Series: Project ELE, Finding ELE and Exposing ELE. They will be releasing the fourth book in the series, Surviving ELE, in February 2013.
When not writing, Rebecca and Courtney spend time in their Texas homes with their families and their oversized dogs who still think they are puppies.

I have totally fallen in love with Indie YA/NA books! It's my mission to spread this love around and smother anyone who will listen! So, i've decided to offer Author Promotional Services to any author in the YA/NA genre! Unlike Blog Tour sites and other "grass roots" author promo sites, my venture with be completely free and unlimited! Starting this spring, I invite all my author friends to come by and signup for some awesome promo events!
Why am i doing this? I'm doing this for the same reason i do Indie Author Month...because i want to encourage Indie writer to write, write, write without necessarily stressing about trying to build a fanbase too! Indie authors have soo much work to do getting their books ready and it's easy for me to help them out with the promo. The events will be somewhat similar to IAM, but not so blitzy and more spread out! For IAM, I do anywhere from 200 to 300 posts for 30+ authors! It can be sort of overwhelming for blog readers. These events will be personal and i will recruit other blogs to participate too. So, it's a total win win! Did I mention it was free?
